California Proposition 65 Related Products IMPORTANT CHANGES TO CALIFORNIA’S “PROPOSITION 65” – THE CALIFORNIA SAFE DRINKING WATER AND TOXIC ENFORCEMENT ACT OF 1986 The requirements for product warnings under California’s “Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986,” also known as “Proposition 65,” have changed. In our Anchors and Fasteners business we recognize that some of our products need to carry a Prop 65 warning. These products include “Scru-Lead,” “Calk-In” and “Powder Loads” product ranges predominantly for the presence of Lead and Lead Styphnate; and also “PE1000+” product.
